Gus Nassar introduced San Antonio to its first Gourmet Pizzeria back in 1986. The concept was still new, but Gus had a vision to create a culinary experience, uniquely handcrafted for each guest. He did so successfully, and became an instant favorite in San Antonio. This establishment is called Rome’s Pizza.
